Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a fully remote role serving members across the contiguous United States. You will listen actively, resolve inquiries, and guide members through benefits, eligibility, and provider networks with care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, solid HIPAA knowledge, and strong written/verbal communication. You will document interactions in real time while maintaining confidentiality and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and HIPAA compliant.

Responsibilities

• Build caring connections with every member through empathy, patience, and respect.
• Own each member interaction end-to-end and resolve inquiries on first contact.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and service levels.
