Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• A minimum of 1-8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the level of the role.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools.
• Drive demand by securing Hospital Formulary approvals and exposure to health care providers.
• Build Community Awareness through events and engagements with stakeholders.
• Foster Partnership Development with distributors, manufacturing and home care partners.
• Provide product sampling and a one-by-one strategy to customers.
• Deliver ongoing technical training and support to customers (In-Services).
• Serve as the primary contact for hospital management and purchasing staff.
• Analyze and report market and business feedback weekly and monthly using available tools.
