Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to plan, develop, and manage commercial initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. You will drive demand, secure formulary approvals, and build relationships with hospital staff and health care providers.

The role requires travel to medical offices, clinics, and hospitals with up to 90% field travel and up to 50% overnight travel; hybrid work environment offered along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum 1–8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the role level.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools.
• Drive demand for products and gain formulary approvals.
• Cultivate exposure to Health Care Providers and drive brand loyalty.
• Drive prescriptions, discharge orders and community awareness events.
• Develop partnerships with distribution, manufacturing, and home care.
• Provide in-service training and ongoing support to customers.
