Job summary

Indigo in San Mateo, CA is seeking a detail-oriented, patient-facing Operations Associate to support healthcare workflows. This is a non-clinical, hybrid role with outbound patient calls in English and Spanish, careful data collection, and strict documentation standards.

You'll work remotely most of the time, with one week in-person onboarding at our San Mateo location and 1 day per week in the office. Fluency in Spanish is required and training is provided.
