INDIGO is seeking a non-clinical, hybrid healthcare role focused on patient interactions and medical record accuracy. You will speak with patients, collect histories in English and Spanish, and ensure medical records are complete and well-organized.

The position offers structured onboarding and training, with one week of in-person onboarding at our San Mateo location. Remote scheduling is available, and we offer both hourly and salaried positions.

The Role

This is a non clinical, hybrid healthcare role that is well suited for individuals who want meaningful work and real exposure to healthcare operations.

You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.

What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls with patients (in English and Spanish) to gather detailed medical and injury histories

• Listen actively and document information with a high level of accuracy using structured templates and internal systems

• Review medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency

• Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standards

• Ensure patient histories are thorough, consistent, and easy for physicians to interpret

• Review your work carefully to maintain a high standard of accuracy

• Follow established workflows and documentation protocols

• Partner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and quality
