Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls with patients to gather detailed medical histories in English and Spanish.

• Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality standards.
• Ensure patient histories are thorough and easy for physicians to interpret.
• Review work to maintain accuracy and follow established workflows.
• Partner with operations to improve processes and quality.
