Job summary

BD Pyxis Field Service Engineer I is responsible for remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems across the region, including DoD and DHA facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain proprietary hardware and software while upholding regulatory compliance and delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires 1–3 years of hardware, software, and IT support experience, the ability to travel, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of combined hardware, software, and IT support experience.
• May require background checks for government facilities access.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to work orders within SLAs and document activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, calibrations, and repairs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate inventory/ documentation.
