American Red Cross is seeking an experienced physician leader to oversee Therapeutic Apheresis and Cellular Therapeutics (TCS) programs and to provide medical office leadership across the organization. This 100% remote role supports teams across the US, with some travel to meet program needs and regulatory engagements.

The position directs clinical strategy, compliance with FACT and FDA standards, and program development initiatives.

Formación

• MD/DO with Board Certification in Transfusion Medicine or Hematology/Oncology.
• 5+ years’ experience in Cell Therapy and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT).
• Knowledge of FDA regulations governing HCT/Ps and FACT accreditation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical oversight for cellular therapies, donor eligibility, product specifications and trial alignment.
• Lead medical office engagement for TCS programs and liaise with biotech partners.
• Oversee medical aspects of donor management, product investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver education and policy guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
