Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Medical Device Maintenance and Repair Contract Sales. The role is home-based with travel in the Central Region (IL, IN, OH, WI, MI, SD, ND, IA, MN, Northern KY & Eastern MO) and requires residing within the territory.

You will develop product understanding, qualify accounts, demonstrate products, quote, and close deals while collaborating with clinical and service teams. A BS/BA in business and three years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in a related field; Clinical sales or applications experience with product a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills.
• Consultative selling skills (understand customer needs and translate into a business solution).
• Strong computer skills—MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; DMI quote system software, DMI CRM software; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales through account qualification and aligning products to customer workflow and requirements.
• Interact with clinical/technical customer service representatives to determine needs and position the Draeger solution.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close, ensuring sales quota is achieved in all categories.
• Provide account follow up and support per strategic plan; coordinate Draeger resources as needed.
• Work with Business Development Director to implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the territory.
• Maintain communication with Customer Support, Service Management, Capital Sales and Marketing to share competitive and market information.
