Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Medical Device Maintenance and Repair Contract Sales. This home-based role covers the Central Region (IL, IN, OH, WI, MI, SD, ND, IA, MN, Northern KY and Eastern MO) with up to 50% travel.

You will develop deep product knowledge and position Draeger solutions to healthcare customers. Responsibilities include driving the sales cycle, aligning products with customer workflows, and coordinating with service and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales or applications experience a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative selling skills and ability to translate needs into business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales in the assigned territory through qualification, workflow alignment, product demos, quoting and closing.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close to meet quota.
• Provide account follow-up and coordinate with other departments for customer satisfaction.
