Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a remote-based sales professional to cover the Midwest and Mountain States region. The role is home based with travel up to 50%, and you must live within the territory.

You will learn product functions, map customer workflows, demonstrate solutions, quote, and close. You will coordinate with clinical and technical teams to position Draeger effectively. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in business or related field, 3+ years sales experience (clinical sales a plus), strong

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative selling with ability to translate customer needs into business benefits.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/SAP tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of product functions and their impact on patient care and growth.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close to meet quota in assigned categories.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Service Management, Capital Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the assigned territory.
• Maintain territory prospecting, qualification, funnel management and forecasting.
