Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Medical Device Maintenance and Repair Contract Sales. We offer a home-based role with travel across the Central Region (IL, IN, OH, WI, MI, SD, ND, IA, MN, Northern KY & Eastern MO).

You will develop product knowledge, align solutions to client workflows, and drive sales from qualification to close. The role requires 3+ years in sales, a BS/BA (MBA preferred), strong consultative skills, and ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience; clinical sales a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills.
• Consultative selling skills (understand customer needs and translate into business benefits).
• Strong computer skills—MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; SAP experience preferred."
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales through broad-based activities: qualification, aligning products to customer workflow, product demonstrations, quoting, closing.
• Interact with clinical/technical customer service during sales process to determine needs and position solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close; ensure quota achievement.
• Provide account follow up and support per strategic plan; coordinate Draeger resources.
• Implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the assigned territory.
• Maintain communication with Customer Support, Service Management, Capital Sales and Marketing about competition and market conditions.
