Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is hiring for a field-based sales professional covering the Midwest and Mountain States region.

The role involves developing deep product understanding, aligning solutions to customer workflows, and driving the full sales cycle from qualification to closing. You will interact with clinical and service teams to tailor the Draeger solution, while meeting sales targets and maintaining territory data.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales through account qualification and aligning products to customer workflow and technical requirements.
• Interact with clinical/technical customer service representatives during sales process to determine needs to position the Draeger solution.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close, ensuring sales quota is achieved in all assigned categories.
• Provide account follow up and support as required according to the strategic plan for the account.
• Coordinate Draeger resources with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans with the Business Development Director to achieve targets.
