Job summary

We’re hiring at Draeger, Inc. for a territory sales role covering the Midwest & Mountain States. You’ll develop product understanding, qualify accounts, demonstrate solutions, and close deals.

You’ll collaborate with customer service and marketing to meet objectives while traveling up to 50% within TX, OK, CO, WY, KS, NE, IA, MO and adjacent areas. The position offers a base of $65,000 plus uncapped commissions; OTE around $150,000 at quota, with compelling benefits and a strong career path

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3 years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales or applications experience with product a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills.
• Consultative selling skills (understand customer needs and translate into business benefits).
• Strong computer skills-MS Office, Word, Excel, Power point; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work within a matrix sales organization and drive accountability to meet targets.
• Must live within the covered territory; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales through broad based activities including account qualification, aligning products to customer workflow, product demonstration, quoting, closing.
• Interact with clinical/technical customer service during sales process to determine needs to position the Draeger solution.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close, ensuring sales quota is achieved in all assigned categories.
• Provide account follow up and support per strategic plan; coordinate Draeger resources to the customer.
• Work with Business Development Director to implement and drive sales programs in the territory.
