Job summary

Draeger is seeking a Sales Executive for Medical Device Maintenance and Repair Contract Sales in a remote, home-based role covering the Central Region. You will drive account development, coordinate with service teams, and push to close deals that include maintenance contracts and surgical devices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in strategic sales, strong consultation skills, and the ability to work within a matrix organization; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in medical or related field.
• Experience in strategic and complex selling environments desired.
• Strong communication, analytical and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales in Central Region (IL, IN, OH, WI, MI, SD, ND, IA, MN, KY, MO) with remote/home-based work.
• Manage sales cycle, qualify accounts, quote, demonstrate, and close.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 50% within territory and report progress to management.
