Qualifications

• 5 years of medical coding experience including physician revenue cycle workflows.
• Coding certifications such as CCA/CCS-P/RHIA/RHIT/CPC/SCP/CPC-I or equivalent.
• Advanced training beyond high school in Medical Coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead coding education sessions for coders and clinicians, in person or virtually.
• Identify educational needs and develop programs with coding leadership.
• Schedule, deliver, and evaluate training across the organization.
