Zusammenfassung

MES Solutions is seeking a Remote Client Coordinator to join our team. The role coordinates and prepares medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documents for review and processing, ensuring files are complete and properly compiled for external vendors and reviewers.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST with a pay of $17 per hour. Prior clerical experience in a medical office or insurance setting is preferred, and strong computer skills plus HIPAA compliance

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
• Must possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.
• Must be adept with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
• Must have ability to be trained on and adhere to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.

Aufgaben

• Handle inquiries from clients and others acting on behalf of clients regarding questions or status.
• Enter client or claimant information in appropriate systems and database.
• Maintain daily contact with QA department regarding workflow and status of reports.
• Coordinate with providers for assignment and update the database.
• File and archive open and closed cases.
• Verify client information is current and compliance with guidelines.
• Work independently and with team to ensure timely responses and case completion.
