Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a Remote Client Coordinator to coordinate and prepare medical claims, records, referrals, and documents for review. The role emphasizes accurate data handling and timely case completion across multiple sources and external vendors.

You will enter and verify client information, stay in contact with QA, and support providers as needed while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from clients and respond to status, concerns, or requests.
• Enter client or claimant information in systems and retrieve data.
• Maintain daily contact with QA department regarding workflow and status.
• Contact providers for assignment and update database.
• File and archive open and closed cases.
• Verify client information and ensure guidance documented in system.
• Work independently and with team to complete tasks timely.
• Direct calls to other departments as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
• Notify management of issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
