Job summary

MES Solutions, a pioneer in independent medical examination and peer review services, is seeking a Remote Client Coordinator to support medical claims and related documents. You will organize and prepare materials for review, coordinate with clients and providers, and ensure files are complete for external vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; medical/insurance setting preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations and compliance is expected.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; able to navigate databases.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from clients or their representatives and provide status updates.
• Enter client or claimant information into systems and retrieve data when needed.
• Maintain daily contact with QA to monitor workflow and report status.
• Coordinate with providers to assign tasks and update the database.
• File and archive open and closed cases accurately and securely.
• Verify client information and ensure adherence to guidelines in the system.
• Work independently and with the team to address questions and ensure timely case completion.
• Direct calls to other departments when necessary.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and QA issues when they arise.
• Notify management of any report issues or concerns.
• Ensure all practices comply with safety and legal regulations.
