MES Solutions, LLC is seeking a Remote Client Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on data preparation, data entry, and documentation while delivering high-quality customer service in a regulated environment.

The position offers an hourly wage of $17.00-$19.00 and operates Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm EST. This is a fully remote role with standard compliance requirements and collaboration with the QA team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
• Must be a qualified typist with 40 WPM and be able to follow directions accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from clients or their representatives and respond promptly with status updates.
• Enter client or claimant information into systems and retrieve needed data.
• Maintain daily contact with QA department regarding workflow and report status.
• Call providers for assignments and update the database accordingly.
• File and archive open and closed cases and verify client data complies with guidelines.
