Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a proactive Client Coordinator to connect clients with information and support while keeping essential processes running smoothly. This 100% remote position is ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on healthcare-related administration and customer service.

You will handle inquiries, manage records, coordinate with QA and providers, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced team setting. The role runs Monday through Friday, 12:00pm-8:30pm EST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year customer-service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Must possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.
• Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
• Must have ability to be trained on and adhere to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to managements' directions accurately.
• Must demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and responsibility for quality of work, and ability to take initiative to identify improvements.
• Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond promptly to inquiries from clients or their representatives regarding questions, status, or general requests for information.
• Enter client or claimant information into systems and retrieve information as needed.
• Maintain daily contact with QA department regarding workflow and pending report status.
• Contact providers for assignment and update database.
• File and archive open and closed cases.
• Verify client information is current and documented in the system.
• Work independently and with team to ensure timely resolution of questions and cases.
• Direct calls to other departments as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, emailing, and proofreading.
• Assist in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues.
• Notify management of any report issues or concerns.
• Ensure practices comply with state and federal safety and legal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities may include:
