Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist CPAP Centralized Care Team - REMOTE to support patients, referral sources and employees from the company’s Support Center.

You will handle new order intake, verify insurance, collect information, and coordinate with Billing. This remote role offers 2nd shift hours and a starting pay of $16.25/hour with a quarterly bonus.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
• Experience in healthcare administration or insurance verification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle new orders intake with accuracy across clinical, billing, and care data.
• Verify insurance and eligibility and communicate with patients and referrals.
• Provide product/service information and educate customers remotely.
• Support billing processes and coordinate with the Billing Department.
• Maintain data entry quality and ensure patient confidentiality.
