Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the CPAP Centralized Care Team. This fully remote role supports patients through intake, insurance verification, and coordination of respiratory therapy services.

The position starts at $15.25 per hour for the first shift with a quarterly bonus opportunity. Remote work from home is available; candidates must reside in the United States and be able to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient satisfaction calls and advocate for patients.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with field locations for timely service.
• Educate patients on CPAP therapy and product use.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance rules.
• Verify insurance eligibility and device authorization.
