Job summary
Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Call Center representative to provide telephonic support for respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance. You will counsel patients, gather information for troubleshooting, and enroll patients into CPAP programs.
The role includes on-call rotation and ongoing licensure maintenance. External candidates may receive a $2,000 gross sign-on bonus after 60 days and another $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment, with pay range $26–$35 per hour
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- RN license and state licensure as required by location.
- Compliance with healthcare credentialing process when applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic support regarding respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance.
- Counsel and re-educate patients based on physician instructions.
- Gather information from patients and care-givers to troubleshoot problems.
- Enroll patients into CPAP Compliance Program and monitor progress.
- Maintain licensure, complete continuing education, and work with insurance guidelines.
