Annuity Health is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle patient calls for payment collection in a fast-paced call center. You will negotiate payment plans, set up payments and provide clear, professional information to clients from a remote work setup.

The role emphasizes patient-focused service, confidentiality, and collaboration with management and clients to meet targets while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework (1–2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service in the name of the client.
• Contact patients by telephone to collect payment on medical bills.
• Communicate accurate information clearly and professionally.
• Review patient accounts and document interactions and feedback.
• Negotiate payments and set up payment arrangements with customers.
• Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer or credit card.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established goals.
• Collaborate with team leads, management and client to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
