Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Customer Service Associate Specialist to handle incoming patient calls and written communications across the Revenue Cycle. You will resolve issues, post payments, set up plans, and coordinate with the financial counseling team to support charity screening.

This is a remote position within the United States with occasional onsite travel to client sites as needed. The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.65, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Comfort with AI-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient questions regarding statements and balances.
• Post guarantor payments and set up payment plans.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
• Communicate with patients and financial counseling for charity screening.
• Meet department collection goals while delivering excellent service.
