Addison Group is seeking a Patient Service Experience Representative for a remote role based in the United States. You will handle high-volume inbound calls focused on patient collections, explain balances, review insurance details, and discuss payment options.

The position offers a contract-to-hire path, training during the first two weeks, and a supportive, metrics-driven environment with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling 50+ patient calls per day is required.
• Experience with patient collections, payment plans, or patient financial conversations.
• Ability to read and understand EOBs.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound patient calls regarding outstanding balances.
• Explain patient statements, balances, and insurance information.
• Read and interpret EOBs to clarify financial responsibility.
• Explain copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and payment options.
• Collect patient payments and assist with payment plans.
• Document call details and updates accurately.
• Support patient conversations using client systems and resources.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic approach with patients.
• Stay engaged with team communications and goals.
