Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is hiring a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support. This role, though remote, serves South Carolina residents within a 60-mile radius of Columbia and handles escalated Medicaid inquiries in a fast-paced call center.

You will assist members with eligibility, applications, and updates while upholding service standards. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-week training period and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and speed tests for service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries via call center scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with completing Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow policies on call handling and escalation procedures.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate multiple computer screens across several applications.
