Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support. This remote role requires residency within 60 miles of Columbia, SC, and offers $16.00 per hour with a full-time schedule (40 hours/week).

You will handle escalated inquiries, assist with Medicaid applications, and ensure high-quality service while meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and skill assessments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of call center or related experience preferred.
• Able to use multiple computer programs and navigate several screens.
• Comfortable following established processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and updates.
• Follow documented policies and escalate as needed.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple screens and systems while handling inquiries.
