Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience supporting healthcare technology platforms in product owner/BA/PM roles.
• Hands‑on with GuidingCare, Epic, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid care management/workflows.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Medicaid capabilities within the platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to define vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.
• Own and prioritize the backlog based on value, regulatory requirements, and operational impact.
• Translate business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration specs.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos with Agile teams.
• Lead configuration management activities for Medicaid capabilities.
• Collaborate with vendor and internal teams to evaluate options and risks.
• Ensure solutions support Medicaid care and utilization management workflows.
