Job summary

Harvest Group is seeking a Media Finance Manager, Media Operations, to own the media finance process including fees, pre-bill, and delinquent invoice follow-up. You will liaise with Media Operations and Finance to optimize billing and reconciliation across multiple clients, reporting into the Media Operations team.

The role requires 5+ years in media finance, strong knowledge of Prisma/Mediaocean or similar, and the ability to manage deadlines in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media finance, billing, and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience maintaining billing inputs and reconciling vendor invoices
• Working knowledge of the media buying and billing lifecycle
• Experience with accounts receivable follow-up or collections
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own accurate, complete agency fee inputs aligned to client contracts and approved budgets
• Prepare draft billing each cycle reflecting budgets and fees
• Notify Finance once sign-off is confirmed so invoices can be processed
• Manage the billing calendar and chase plan changes and POs
• Monitor open and aged items, driving resolution before billing impact
