Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Finance Operations, media finance, or related field.
• Experience with media buying, billing, reconciliation, or stewardship workflows is preferred.
• Media buying/financial systems experience required; Mediaocean (PRISMA/MBOX) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance Operations workflows ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead month-end close activities and upload files for Mediaocean and related systems.
• Provide clear reporting on aging, open invoices, trade balances, and financial risks.
