Harvest Group is seeking a Senior Director, Media Operations to lead delivery standards and scalable operations for media activation pods. This remote role reports to the VP of Media and Marketing and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across retail media partners.

Candidates should have 10+ years in operations or program management within a media/agency environment, plus proficiency with workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com) and AI-enabled processes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in operations, strategic planning, product, or program management in a media/agency environment

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery standards and the repeatable service model across activation pods and retailers
• Rollout and implement internal and external programs and products with KPIs
• Lead and develop the Operations team and create clear career paths
• Support capacity and resourcing, tracking work against revenue and profitability governance
• Oversee centralized auditing, onboarding, and activation support
• Own workflow tooling and standard operational analytics and dashboards (Monday.com)
• Lead AI enablement by creating and deploying AI skills and workflows
• Build and run training and enablement with partner leaders
• Partner with media leaders to align Operations priorities with client needs
• Manage the Operations budget and investment cases for resources
