Razorfish, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a detail‑oriented Investment Operations Specialist to support the Power of One Media Operations Director and channel investment teams. You will manage Prisma inputs, ensure data hygiene, and oversee end‑to‑end monthly billing for a large multi‑channel account.

The role requires a Prisma expert mindset, proactive problem solving, and the ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in media agency operations, billing, or investment operations support.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or finance preferred
• Experience running monthly media billing and reconciliation
• Service‑minded; enjoys being the go‑to support for investment teams
• Detail‑obsessed, organized, and calm under deadline pressure
• Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment where processes are still being built

Responsibilities

• Serve as investment operations support and right hand for the channel investment teams
• Own Prisma inputs and hygiene, partnering with investment teams to support questions on campaign setup, IOs, and actualization
• Ensure compliance of campaign taxonomy and accuracy in Prisma, and provide system support as needed
• Track and monitor data to ensure purchased activity does not exceed approved budget
• Work closely with investment teams to troubleshoot issues or discrepancies in the buy system
• Ensure timely communication and follow‑ups to meet actualization and reconciliation deadlines
• Pull and compile data on a monthly as well as on an as‑needed basis
• Oversee and manage monthly paid media billing and financial reporting in partnership with Media Ops Supervisor
• Lead the monthly billing kickoff and prepare the media billing tracker
• Track media authorizations, PO#s and client approved budgets
• Prepare billing and budget documents
• Answer internal & client questions related to media billing and budgets
• Track client payments and manage A/R
• Keep billing and Prisma data accurate and on time against the client financial calendar
• Accurately track large volumes of data with a high level of detail and coordination from various systems for reports and trackers (e.g. Prisma, MediaTools)
• Document processes, create training materials, and support training as new ways of working roll out
• Support the Media Operations Director on process improvement and automation projects, as well as miscellaneous operations tasks
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy with ability to problem‑solve as complexities arise
• Maintain an eye for detail and understand the interdependencies across the various tasks assigned
