Razorfish in Miami is seeking a detail‑oriented Investments Operations Specialist to support channel investment teams. You will own Prisma inputs, manage monthly media billing, and ensure budget adherence across large multi‑channel campaigns.

The role requires 3+ years in media operations, strong Excel and project management skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media agency operations, billing, or investment operations support.
• Experience running monthly media billing and reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing/advertising, business administration or finance.

Responsibilities

• Investment Operations Support: serve as right hand for channel investment teams and own Prisma inputs.
• Billing & Budget Management: oversee monthly paid media billing and financial reporting, track client payments.
• Process & Operations: track data across systems, document processes, assist in automation projects.
