Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Manager, MDR & Threat Hunting to lead a remote USA-based team. You will translate threat intelligence into executive-level guidance, manage customer relationships, and drive operational excellence in threat hunting and MDR services.

You will own talent lifecycle, develop skill ladders, and serve as the escalation point during complex investigations, ensuring high-impact outcomes and customer retention across active incidents.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• Understand threat actor TTPs aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and detection/response opportunities for EDR.
• Proficiency in two or more EDR platforms with experience writing detections and responding to EDR detections.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing customer-facing threat hunting team.
• Own the full talent lifecycle with technical skill development and career ladders.
• Serve as senior escalation point for customer security teams during active intrusions and investigations.
• Manage recurring customer engagements translating threat activity into actionable guidance.
• Define and challenge quality for all MDR deliverables and ensure alignment with Zscaler's brand.
