Job summary

RTX is seeking a Mobility Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join our Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. You will implement and manage MDM solutions, configure devices, and enforce security policies while working with Azure AD and cloud and on-premises environments.

The role requires collaboration with infrastructure teams, scripting automation, and documenting architecture and SOPs. Remote work is offered, with the candidate residing in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in MDM.
Experience delivering written/verbal reports to varying audiences.
Experience with on-premise and cloud MDM solutions and MAM deployments.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Intune.
Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations per requirements.
Develop and enforce mobile security policies, compliance standards, and procedures.
Collaborate in vendor meetings to ensure timely service delivery and issue awareness.
Troubleshoot, drive gaps to resolution, and maintain documentation and SOPs.
