Job summary

RTX is seeking an Office 365 subject matter expert to support our remote operations in Puerto Rico. You will manage Office 365 suite components across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive, ensuring security and reliability while working from home.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years with an advanced degree, and PowerShell scripting skills. You may travel to the Santa Isabel site as needed.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• 2+ years of experience working as an O365 engineer. Experience working with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Act as the O365 subject matter expert across Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
• Design and implement products based on requirements while meeting cyber and security policies.
• Provide measurable input for new products, processes or standards to implement business strategies.
• Influence policies and practices related to the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Execute change management requests and support scheduled maintenance.
• Support Operations Tier 3 for Tenant Engineering.
• Research and test next generation technologies.
• Coordinate and escalate to Microsoft Support.
