Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Mobility Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join a small team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. You will build, test and implement MDM solutions, support mobile devices, and ensure security across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires deep technical skills and the ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders. You will architect changes to Sandbox and Production MDM environments, and contribute to documentation and procedures in English.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Experience delivering written and verbal reports to audiences of varying seniority.
• Experience coordinating upgrades, installations, and integrations with stakeholders.
• Experience with on-premise and Cloud MDM solutions and MAM deployments.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking; Powershell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage MDM solutions such as MobileIron and Intune.
• Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations.
• Develop and enforce mobile security policies and standards.
• Participate in vendor meetings to ensure timely service delivery.
• Troubleshoot, drive gaps to resolution, and undertake complex projects.
• Provide architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, and backup for MDM environments.
• Architect improvement opportunities spanning service delivery and security.
• Perform system upgrades for on‑premise and cloud servers.
• Develop and maintain documentation including SOPs and architecture guides.
