Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a remote IT Director, Master Data Management to lead our enterprise MDM practice, own platform roadmap, and set data governance standards.

You will mentor a team of MDM product owners, review match-merge logic, survivorship rules, and drive data quality across product, customer, and vendor data.

The role partners with C-level executives and external suppliers to deliver a single trusted view of data and ensure alignment with Enterprise IT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive MDM, data governance, or data management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise MDM platforms (EnterWorks, Informatica, Reltio, Profisee).
• Strong knowledge of multi-domain data modeling, match-merge, survivorship logic, and golden records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority on enterprise master data management; maintain design patterns and data modeling expertise.
• Lead design/review of high-risk MDM solutions for data quality, scalability, and enterprise alignment.
• Define MDM architecture standards: domain modeling, hierarchy management, and data quality rules.
• Guide root-cause analysis for data quality failures; remediate duplicates and cross-system inconsistencies.
• Develop and enforce MDM policies, standards, and governance procedures; support regulatory requirements.
• Own delivery framework, SDLC alignment (Agile/Scrum), and release management for the MDM platform.
