Job summary

highlineaftermarket is seeking an IT Director of Master Data Management to lead our enterprise MDM practice remotely. You will own the MDM platform roadmap, data governance framework, and survivorship rules while mentoring MDM product owners and analysts.

The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on review of match-merge logic and data quality incidents. The ideal candidate partners with C-level executives and business stakeholders to deliver a single, trusted view across product,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related discipline.
10+ years in MDM/data governance with at least 5 years in people leadership.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise MDM platforms (EnterWorks, Informatica MDM, etc.).
Strong knowledge of MDM design patterns including multi-domain modeling and survivorship.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical authority on enterprise MDM and governance standards.
Design/review complex MDM solutions to ensure data quality and enterprise alignment.
Define and enforce MDM architecture standards, including survivorship rules and golden records.
Lead root-cause analysis of critical data quality issues and drive durable resolutions.
Develop and maintain MDM policies, standards, and governance procedures.
Establish data governance for product, customer, and vendor data domains.
