Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in MDM or related fields.
• Experience mentoring teams and delivering quality improvements.
• Hands-on with MDM tech like SAP MDG or Reltio.

Responsibilities

• Own the global MDM platform and data landscape.
• Lead and mentor the MDM Engineering/Ops team.
• Maintain performance metrics for MDM domains.
• Build relationships with business and technology partners.
• Define recommendations to senior technology leadership.
• Oversee initiatives and ensure timely delivery within budgets.
