Client in Healthcare seeks an Associate Director-Senior Manager for Global Master Data Management Engineering/Ops to lead and shape the MDM landscape remotely across the US. The role combines technical oversight with people leadership to drive enterprise-wide data consistency and governance.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, defining metrics, and partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, while advancing MDM strategies and testing approaches in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT; MBA or MS preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in people management.
• Familiarity with MDM platform technologies such as SAP MDG or Reltio.
• Strong project management and testing strategy skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the global master data management platform data landscape.
• Lead and mentor associates in the MDM engineering and operations organization.
• Establish metrics to drive process improvements across MDM domains.
• Make independent decisions and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements.
• Drive systems improvement initiatives across MDM systems.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to management.
