This role balances hands-on technical execution with functional leadership, mentoring MDM developers and data stewards, and collaborating with Data Engineering, BI, and Financial Systems to enable trusted data for analytics and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in master data management or related enterprise data roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Certifications in data management highly valued.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Experience designing and improving master data solutions.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional MDM initiatives and guide solution design and governance.
• Mentor MDM developers and data stewards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Financial Systems to translate needs into scalable, governed solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional MDM workstreams and prioritize issues across systems.
• Provide technical leadership in defining data models, hierarchies, and workflows.
• Ensure data quality standards across multiple data domains.
