We are seeking an experienced and strategic Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of an organization's MDM strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of critical master data across the enterprise, supporting operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• MDM Strategy & Governance: Develop and execute a comprehensive MDM strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring strong data governance and compliance with industry standards.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Establish and maintain data quality standards, processes, and protocols to ensure the accuracy and completeness of master data across all systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to align MDM practices with organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration and support for business operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Data Integration & Reporting: Oversee the integration of master data across systems, ensuring consistency, and develop reports and dashboards to monitor MDM performance and data quality.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess data management processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in data management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in implementing MDM tools and technologies.
