Job summary

Wealth Enhancement seeks a Director of Data Governance to lead the enterprise data governance program, shape policy, and drive data quality adoption across business and technology teams. This remote role partners with executives, risk, compliance, and operations to align governance with strategic goals.

The role requires 8+ years in data governance and experience leading cross-functional programs, with familiarity of Purview, Collibra, Salesforce, and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data governance or related field, with 2+ years leading programs.
• Experience presenting to governance boards or executives.
• Familiar with federated data governance models and policy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of enterprise data governance program, including roadmap and policy.
• Lead governance discussions with councils and executives to prioritize projects and escalate issues.
• Serve as liaison between business units, IT, risk, compliance and leadership.
• Define data ownership, lineage, quality standards, controls, and remediation.
