Job summary

Highrise Capital is seeking an experienced Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) ISO Sales Representative to join our growing business funding team. The role focuses on generating leads, building broker relationships, and closing funding deals with merchants.

Mandatory: prior MCA industry experience and established broker relationships. Compensation combines base salary plus commission, with a strong earning potential for top performers. Work From Home is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the Merchant Cash Advance industry is required.
• Established broker relationships or an existing merchant pipeline is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MCA products, underwriting basics, lender guidelines, and the funding process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and follow up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities within the MCA industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, ISOs, brokers, and referral partners.
• Source, submit, and manage merchant funding deals from application through approval and funding.
• Identify potential clients seeking working capital and business financing solutions.
• Follow up with leads, negotiate offers, and help move deals toward closing.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified merchants and funding opportunities.
• Work with underwriting and processing teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and funding targets.
