Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience in Primavera P6 on large-scale projects.
• Experience supporting complex science projects with multiple systems.
• Solid knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting and control.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and large data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, govern, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Provide technical oversight to L2/L3 schedulers for consistency.
• Lead schedule integration across partners, interfaces, and work packages.
• Enforce scheduling standards, calendars, and resource rate conventions.
• Support schedule health analyses, critical path and risk reviews.
