Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Project Management or closely related field is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of professional scheduling experience in Primavera P6 on large scale projects.
• Proven experience supporting large scale complex science projects with multiple systems and subsystems.
• Solid knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting and control.
• Solid understanding and hands on experience with Earned Value Management System processes and requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the project’s Primavera P6 Master Scheduler with development, integration, governance, and IMS maintenance.
• Lead schedule integration across partner institutions, control accounts, WBS, and major interfaces.
• Establish scheduling standards in line with DOE 413.3, EVMS guidelines, and EIC procedures.
• Review and approve significant schedule updates before baseline incorporation.
• Coordinate monthly schedule status collection and forecasting activities.
