Job summary

Talentify is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to lead the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex projects. The role focuses on coordinating across engineering, procurement, and construction to maintain baselines and deliver on milestones.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 skills, and a track record in utilities or EPC projects, with excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 expertise for IMS development and maintenance.
• Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with baselines.
• Create integrated master schedules across departments.
• Communicate timelines, milestones, and critical activities to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and control schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop schedule metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
• Identify schedule risks and recovery strategies with project teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other functions for alignment.
